The The Good Dog Res-Q has been around since 2013. This non-profit helps those animals that have been abandoned on the Navajo Nation or surrounding areas.
This organization saves dogs and pups often found at gas stations, grocery stores and tourist attractions that are starving, sick or hurt.
After rescuing they work on getting the animals back to normal. They give some vaccinations, de-worming and spay/neuter. They even housebreak the animal and leash train.
There is a 3 page adoption application and once approved they do a home visit before adopting out.
To help you can donate, volunteer or adopt.
