The Lange Foundation has been around since 1993 and founded by Gillian Lange. Before the Lange Foundation, she had founded the Amanda Foundation in 1975.

This non-profit rescues cats and dogs from shelters, saving them from being euthanized and gets them ready for a new, loving home. Those animals that need medical attention are taken care of through a surgery fund they provide.

They offer community programs and help with spay/neuter.
